Avocado

Even though avocados are considered a fatty fruit that's high in calories, rest assured, these fats are healthy and won't stick to you the way bad ones do. They're also an excellent source of Vitamins E and B, fiber (10 to 16 grams per avocado) and potassium. The monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) contained in avocados lower cholesterol levels and work to regulate blood sugar.

Eat it alone sprinkled with sea salt and lime juice, chopped up in a salad, smashed on toast, in guacamole, or in a smoothie. You can even use it as a super healthy addition to some baked goods recipes.
