If you're lactose intolerant, you probably know that it's difficult to find recipes without milk. The good news is that you can replace milk with any plant-based milks (almond, soy, coconut, rice, etc.)
Yogurt can also be replaced with flavored yogurt to bring more flavor to your recipes (ex. for cake), and if you don't have any, replace it with fresh cream or milk. It also depends on the type of recipe that you want to make (sweet or savory).
Fresh cream can either be replaced by whole milk, skim milk + 1 teaspoon of flour or cornstarch or plain, unsweetened yogurt mixed with a tiny bit of milk.
