Mini eyes: go for Cleopatra!

Your eyes are on the small side and tend to get lost among your other features. So make them look bigger and more beautiful by highlighting them. Start with a liquid liner in the inner corner of your eye, then follow the lash-line to the outer corner, making the line a bit thicker as you go. Then follow your lower lash line, until you reach the inner corner. Finish with a touch of black eye liner on your inner lids.
