Split up your meals

If you're always hungry, try to split larger meals up into smaller meals throughout the day. Skip the banana at breakfast with your oatmeal and yogurt, and save it for your AM snack. And leave the nuts out of your salad at lunch so you have something to soothe your hunger pangs an hour or so before dinner. This will keep your metabolism revved and prevent you from getting ravenous at mealtime.
