Peel Corn On The Cob Easily

Corn on the cob is the ultimate summer side dish, even though it can take quite a while to clean. Cut down on the prep time by cutting off the two stems, then placing the corn in the microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes, skin on (depending on size).  Once the time is up, the skin will slide right off! Goodbye stringy corn skin mess!
