The Perfect Roast

Some chefs recommend letting the potatoes cool down after boiling, allowing a crust to form. Roast potatoes need to cook in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. Make sure to turn them after the first 15-20 minutes. And there you have it — roast potatoes that are creamy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and all around delicious!
