Originally priced at $1,000, the omelet's price was bumped up last year to "reflect the quality and cost of the caviar," according to cnbc.com. Made with 10 ounces of Sevurga caviar, a whole lobster, eggs, cream, chives and lobster sauce and served over a bed of Yukon Gold potatoes, it's definitely not the kind of brunch meal that will make you feel better about how much money you spent on Saturday night...

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
