Moose Cheese

This gastronomic luxury is believed to be produced in just one place in the whole world: the Elk House farm in Bjurholm, Sweden. It comes from actual moose milk and sells for approximately $1,000 per kilogram (~$455 per pound). The Elk House currently produces four types of moose cheese: white mold cheese, creamy blue cheese, dried blue cheese and feta cheese, the latter of these being the most popular.
