Cheese Cravings

Cheeses are high in fat, which is most likely why people crave it. There is also the possibility that you are low in calcium or Vitamin D. Interestingly, this craving can be associated with concentration issues because it implies low body fat levels and when this is the case, our brains are likely affected, considering they are 60% fat!

If it's high-fat food that your body is after, eating cheese when you crave it isn't a bad idea, but avocados, eggs, fatty fish, nuts, and dark chocolate would also help curb this craving (in a healthier way).
