Send her a gourmet food basket

Gourmet gift baskets have been around for a long time, but they're likely a more popular gift choice under the current circumstances. You could opt to put one together yourself with all your mom's favorite snacks or with a collection of gourmet kitchen ingredients. Otherwise you can look for a company that delivers nationwide. There are plenty to choose from, but if you need a place to start, try GourmetGiftBaskets.com. They have a huge selection of baskets and themes for all budgets and tastes, including a "Best Mom Ever Champagne Tower," "Bountiful Harvest Fruit Gift Basket," and even a "Gluten-Free Gourmet Glee Gift Box" if your mom has a gluten intolerance.
