  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 nuts (optional)

  • 2 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
