- 1 C beets - grated raw
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2/3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 C parsley
