  • 2 small beets
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • pepper grounded for taste
  • 1 tablespoon ground garlic
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 1 can of beef broth
  • 1 pack of stew beef

Add ingredients one at a time to large pot on medium heat

  • 3 C water
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium potato, cubed
  • 1 medium carrot, cut in strips
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped

  • 1 C beets - grated raw
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 C parsley
