- 1 Medium/Large Non-Stick Frying Pot – Use as per availability
- 1 Large Plate – For dredged fish fillet
- 1 Tong – For Fish Batter

- 8 Fresh Fish Fillet - I'm using Cod Fish
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 Pint Light Beer - Cold
- ½ Tsp Baking Powder
- For Dredging ::
- 6 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tsp Pepper Powder
- ½ Tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ Tsp Salt
- For Frying ::
- 1 Cup Oil – I’m using canola oil
- For Vinegar Carrots ::
- 1 Large Bowl
- 5-6 Clean Large Carrots – Cut into ¼ in length
- ¼ Cup Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Salt
Eggless Banana Walnut Cake

- ¾ Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour – Optional
- 2 Medium size ripe Banana’s – Cut into medium pieces
- ¼ Cup chopped Walnuts – You can use any other nut of choice or chocolate chips or omit this step
- 2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence – You may use banana essence or omit this step

- 1 Tbsp Pickled Banana Peppers - Thinly chopped (Optional)
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Cheese – Any cheese of your choice. (I’m using American cheese)

- 4 Slices of Bread – I’m using regular brown bread, you can use your choice or bread/bagel
- Cooking Spray – You can use regular oil

This is my healthy healthy breakfast recipe which is full of protein and great taste along with being quick
- 1 Cup Moong Dal – Ideally soaked overnight or atleast for 4hrs.
- ½ Cup Quinoa – Ideally soaked overnight or atleast for 4hrs.
- ½ Cup Oats – I’m using plain instant oats, you may use any variety*
- 2 Large Green Chilies – Chopped Add as per taste
- 1 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 Tsp Salt (As per your taste)
- 2-3 Tbsp Water
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil (U can use any other oil) – For making chilla/dosa/pancakes
- 2 Tsp Sambhar Powder – Optional – To sprinkle on top.

- 1 Large Boiled Potato - Shredded
- ½ Cup Hung Yogurt - Make sure the yogurt is thick and there’s no water in it
- 3 Tbsp Water Chestnut Flour (Singhara Atta)*
- ½ Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves (Dhania Patta)
- 1 Tsp Ginger - Shredded
- 2 Green Chilies – Finely Chopped – Optional
- 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 Tsp Salt – I’m using sendha namak (Rock Salt used in fasts), you may use as per choice
- 4 Tbsp Olive Oil – Oil as per taste and preference
