Preheat oven to 450°F. Butterfly chicken breasts, stuff with cheese and ham
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 slices of deli ham

Preheat oven to 350. Melt chocolate in a double boiler
- 1.5 cups semi sweet chocolate
- 4/5 cup butter
- 8 eggs
- 1.25 cups sugar
- 1.25 cups flour

Caramalize 1/2 cup sugar in butter, add boiling water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- .5 cups milk
- .25 cup boiling water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
The Best Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Mix everything but the chocolate together
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Mac 'n'Cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles according to box
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 3 cans of water
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cup shredded old cheddar cheese
- 1 pound macaroni noodles
Corn Bread

Preheat oven to 400. Mix together flour, salt, cornmeal, baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1tbsp melted shortening
Hamurger Soup

Cook beef in a large pot, drain off fat
- 2 pounds hamburger, cooked and drained
- 7 cups water
- 2 diced carrots
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 large diced potato
- 1/2 pound green beans
- 16 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked barley
- 6 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp each thyme, paprika, pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
