Cheese, Spinach and Dried Fruit Purses

  • 8 oz pizza dough

  • 2 pinches of grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp white peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 ° F
