A delicious take on an asian inspired potatoe meal

  • 6-7 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • half block of velveeta cheese
  • 2 envelopes brown gravy mix
  • 1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

peel and cube potatoes bring to boil until soft

Step 2

brown ground beef and drain excess fat

Step 3

heat your velveeta with some milk to your liked consistency in the microwave until smooth

Step 4

make brown gravy as instructed on package. When the desired consistency is reached, stir in soy sauce and ground beef

Step 5

to serve place potatoes in the bottom of bowl, top with ground beef mixture and cheese on the top!

You won't have to worry about leftovers because there won't be any!!
