- half block of velveeta cheese
- 2 envelopes brown gravy mix
- 1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

peel and cube potatoes bring to boil until soft
brown ground beef and drain excess fat
heat your velveeta with some milk to your liked consistency in the microwave until smooth
make brown gravy as instructed on package. When the desired consistency is reached, stir in soy sauce and ground beef
to serve place potatoes in the bottom of bowl, top with ground beef mixture and cheese on the top!
