Almond Flour Chicken
- Strips chicken breasts (3-4 breasts)
- lemon pepper seasoning
- crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1-2 tbs coconut oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning

In a bowl mix the olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon pepper seasoning, and italian seasoning.
Taking the almond flour add the herbs and black pepper and mix.
Taking the chicken coat them with lemon pepper mixture, leaving for at least 30 mins.
Take the chicken and coat with the almond flour.
Put the chicken in a baking dish with coconut oil.
Bake at 400 F for 20-30 mins (or put in frying pan).
