Ingredients

  • For Dough:
  • Atta 1/2 Cup
  • All purpose Flour 1cup
  • Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Water 3/4 cup
  • For stuffing:
  • oil - 1/4 cup
  • cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • onion - 1
  • turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • tomato - 3
  • bell pepper chopped - 1
  • chill powder - 1 tbsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • salt as needed
  • chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • lemon - 1
  • coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • EGG -1

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all purpose flour ,atta,salt, oil 1 tsp mix well then add water to make a soft dough keep it aside.

In a pan pan add oil, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, and saute until the raw flavor goes.

Add turmeric, tomatoes,bell pepper chopped, chill powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and salt.

Add chicken, close it with a lid and simmer until chicken is cooked

Add lemon juice,coriander leaves.

Split the dough into roundels , spread apply oil , fold it front and back like a fan, tap it and roll it like a snail

shell. rest it for 10 min. roll out the roundels shell.

place it on the tava cook both the side lightly, apply oil one side then spread beaten egg turn it over.Once it is cooked transfer it to a plate now add the cooked chicken, sprinkle sliced onions,tomatoes,bell pepper, lemon juice, sprinkle some chat masala over it and fold it.
