  • 6 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2/3 up real maple syrup
  • cinnamon to taste

Step 1

Pre-toast oats in shallow cookie pan at 350 for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Combine thoroughly.

Step 3

Spread evenly on shallow cookie pan. Cook at 350 for 20-30 minutes, stir every 5 minutes. Cook until toasted to your liking.
