Chicken and Rice Soup

  • Italian style rice
  • 2 chicken breast with bone
  • Chicken bullion
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 Egg
  • Table spoon of white vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice

Step 1

boil chicken
add 2 bullion's
add chopped big pieces of onions

Take chicken out when cooked
Cool chicken than strip chicken of bone and add back to water
Add 1/2 cup of rice r
Mix vinegar,Egg,table spoon of lemon juice, tea spoon pepper stir in a cup add to water
Keep stirring so egg wont cook


Can add more lemon juice if needed.
Rice should be thick
