Chicken and rice soup with beer

  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • White onion
  • Cumin
  • Rice
  • Potatoes
  • Water
  • 12 oz. can tomato sauce
  • Salt
  • corn, green beans or mushrooms
  • 1 16 oz can Budweiser

Step 1

Saute onions and brown chicken in soup pot. Add Cumin. About 10 minutes

Step 2

Cover chicken with water. Add Rice and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Add more water and potatoes. Cook til soft. About 15 minute

Step 4

Add tomato sauce and stir. Add salt to taste

Step 5

Add your choice of vegetables. Cook for another 20 minutes

Step 6

Remove from stove and add can of beer
