Preparation

Step 1

Cut fish into cubes and soak in lemon juice

Step 2

boil shrimp, scallops, and squid or octopus

Step 3

Chop up scallops, shrimp and squid/octopus. Add to fish

Step 4

Chop up onion into strips, chop jalapenos into fine pieces, add to mix

Step 5

Set for 1 hour, then eat
