Ingredients

  • 1 Tin of crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp- 15ml Dill chopped
  • 2 Tsp-30ml Green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp-30ml Red peppers, diced
  • 2 Cups Italian bread crumbs
  • Cooking oil
  • Lemon dill Hummus or spicy hummus

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
mix all ingredients
shape mix in to balls than roll on a plate of bread crumbs until well coated than flatten into a puck shape

Step 2

Heat a thin layer of cooking oil in a frying pan on medium-high
Brown each sides for 1 min per side

Step 3

Bake in oven for 5 min per side

serve with dip or hummus
