Pear & Strawberry Crumble


Easy, quick and deliciously sweet! Tastes great with vanilla ice cream.

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 2 medium size pears
  • 125 granulated sugar
  • 45 ml cornstarch
  • 175 g all purpose flour
  • 125 coconut butter
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 2 ml cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground clove

Step 1

Preheat oven to 380 F. Grease up sides and bottom of 9 inch pan.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, toss strawberries and pears with sugar and cornstarch. Pour into prepared dish.

Step 3

In the same bowl, combine the flour, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves. Mix until crumbly and moist. Sprinkle over the prepared fruit.

Step 4

Bake 40 min until the fruit is bubbly and top is browned.

Step 5

Serve warm or chilled!


Tastes best with whip cream or vanilla ice cream.
