Ingredients

  • Bread machine recipe
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup room temperature butter
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients as listed in a bread maker
Choose dough setting
Once finished
Lay on oiled surface, and let rest god 10 min
In oiled prepared pans place balls of dough
Let rise in a warm dark place for 30 min
Once risen to double it's size lightly brush with egg wash
Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
