Banana Nut Bread

  • 1/2 cup Crisco Oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Soda
  • 3 Bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Mix oil, sugar, and eggs until creamy. Add flour, salt ,and soda and mix well. Add bananas and nuts. Stir all ingredients and pour into a loaf pan sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour.
