Ingredients
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min., turning after 4 min. Meanwhile, mix soup and Cheez Whiz until blended.
Add broccoli to skillet. Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli; simmer on medium heat 7 min. or until chicken is done (170°F).
Serve over rice.
VARIATION
Prepare using your favourite condensed cream soup and frozen vegetable combination, such as condensed cream of mushroom soup and peas.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
