- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream together margarine and sugar using electric mixer
Step 3
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well
Step 4
Stir the dry ingredients together and add to the margarine mix
Step 5
Add in the milk last and beat until well mixed
Step 6
Line muffin tin with paper liners and fill mostly up to the top with the batter
Step 7
Bake for 1/2 hour
