Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 t baking powder
- 3/4 t salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pecans

Mix first 4 dry ingredients together

Mix eggs, milk and oil separately
Step 3
