Ham and Rice Bake

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 16 ounces frozen california blend vegetables thawed
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup ham, cubed

Step 1

In saucepan, combine soup and 1/2 c cheese. Cook & stir until melted. Stir in veggies, rice, ham. Put in greased 1.5 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 350 25-30 min.
