Beefy Hashbrown Bake

  • 4 cups hash browns, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef, lean
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 envelope country gravy mix

Step 1

Toss hashbrowns with vegetable oil and pepper. Place in bottom of baking pan

Step 2

Brown ground beef. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat to simmer. Pour over hashbrowns.

Step 3

Bake 400 degrees 15 minutes.
