Surprise Smoothie

  • 1 head romaine lettuce or 2 cups spinach (the “surprise”)
  • ½ cup coconut milk almond milk, organic milk, or organic plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Perfect Protein
  • 2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Step 1

Put the lettuce or spinach in the blender with the coconut or almond milk.

Step 2

Blend until greens are fully mixed.

Step 3

Add cocoa powder and Perfect Protein and mix until well blended.

Optional additions: mint flakes, for core plan: ½ frozen banana
