  • 2/3cup flour
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, mix eggs, flour, and salt and mix until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk

Step 2

In a frypan, melt some margarine and heat over medium heat

Step 3

Pour in batter until there is only enough to barely cover the bottom of the pan. Flip over when lightly browned and brown other side. Serve hot or cold
