  • 500g klim powder
  • 155g/ 1 cup nestle cream
  • 3 1/2 tbsp ground almonds
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp elachi powder
  • Syrup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 60g butter

Step 1

Mix the milk powder and cream, until like crumbs.
Leave it to dry. Aprox 1 hour

Step 2

In a food processor, process the milk powder with almonds, coconut and elachi. Until fine.
Sift it out.

Step 3

Boil the syrup ingredients until thick.

Step 4

Add 3/4 of the syrup to the milk powder mixture, leave it to set.

Step 5

When half set, re-warm the syrup and add to burger with rose essence.
Garnish with colored almonds.

Step 6

Allow to set completely in the fridge.

Step 7

Cut into squares or diamonds.
