Candy

Candy, of course, contains a lot of sugar. If you feel tired, sluggish, and weak, this could be a sign of low blood sugar levels. In order to drive those blood sugar levels back up in the quickest way possible, the body needs sugary sweetness and usually we feel like candy or cake!

In general however, slow-digesting carbohydrates are better for low blood sugar, such as peanut butter. A good snack to bring up those low blood sugar levels would be slices of apples dipped in peanut butter. Yum!
