Don't overdo it

It's no secret that regular exercise is good for your health, but there is such a thing as too much. Over-exercising can be harmful because of the oxidative stress it puts on your body. In order to counter this, you need antioxidants (Vitamins C, E and A). Try grabbing a handful of blueberries or a kiwi post-workout to get your fill. And be sure to take at least one or two rest days a week.
