Craving a sticky fix but you don't do meat? Cauliflower (that most magic of all veggies) saves the day by transforming into something quite un-cauliflower-ish in this sticky sesame method. Dunked in batter, the pieces are oven-baked so no frying is required, then coated in a hot-sweet sesame sauce with ginger, Sriracha and maple syrup. Serve it on a bowl of steamed rice, with scallions and sesame seeds.
