Thai Mango Sticky Rice
This Thai mango sticky rice will be familiar to anyone who has spent time in Thailand, or spent a lot of time at their local Thai restaurant! Sticky rice (sometimes also called glutinous rice) is cooked in coconut milk and topped with a sweetened coconut milk sauce to create an incredibly creamy concoction. To serve, top it off with some juicy mango slices and nutty sesame seeds to balance out the sweetness.
