  1. Chop crusts into small cubes and place into a baking dish
  2. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  3. Whisk together two eggs, two cups of milk, and 1/2 cup sugar
  4. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and vanilla extract, throwing in chocolate chips or raisins (if desired)
