Good news for all you busybodies: you can still incorporate intermittent fasting into your fast-paced lifestyle. That's because there are many ways to practice intermittent fasting. One way is the 16/8 or Lean Gains method, in which you eat during an 8-hour time period (i.e. 12 pm to 8 pm) then fast for the 16 hours in between. Some people follow the 5:2 Diet (limiting consumption to 500-600 calories for 2 days, then eating normally for the rest of the week). Others fast for a full 24 hours once or twice a week. In all of its variations, intermittent fasting allows you to choose which method or time frame works best with your schedule.
