For the recipe, Murphy used the yogurt setting on his 6-quart Duo Plus Instant Pot (though any model with the yogurt setting will do), a 64-oz bottle of grape juice, sugar and red wine yeast. He also used a funnel and clear packing tape for the process. This is what the wine looked like after 20 hours had passed.
