- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tomato - peeled, seeded and diced

- 16 ounces of sour cream
- 16 ounces of mayonnaise
- 1 large Beefsteak tomato chopped
- 3 green onions chopped

1 Lb bacon 1 cup Mayo 1 cup Sour cream 2 Tomatoes diced and seeded salt to taste pepper to taste
- Cook bacon to a slight crisp
- Chop into tiny pieces
- drain on paper towel
- Add rest of ingredients
- mix well
