- 1 full tblsp cake flour

- 2 cups milk

- ½ tsp black pepper

- 500g chicken cubes
- 1 onion diced
- 1 tblsp butter
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp chillie powder
