Mushroom soup

Chop a half of the mushroom, roast it in the butter with all-purpose flour and keep it aside

Roast cashews in ghee and keep it aside
- Wheat 1 cup
- Sugar 1 ¼ cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Lemon 1
- Cashew 1 tbsp
Rasmalai

In a pan add 4 cups of milk and bring it boil Add lemon juice diluted with ¼ cup of water, keep stirring
- Milk 4 cups
- Lime juice ¼ cup
- Water ¼ cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 4 cups
- For rasamalai:
- Milk 3 cups
- Sugar 2 – 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
- Saffron thread few
- Almond 1 tbsp
- Pistachios 1 tbsp
Rasagulla

In a pan add 4 cups of milk and bring it boil
- Milk 4 cups
- Lime juice ¼ cup
- Water ¼ cup
- Sugar 1 cup

Gulab jamun:

Notes : If using khoya instead of milk powder make sure to sieve or crumble it
- Milk powder 1 cup
- All-purpose flour ½ cup
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Milk 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 ¾ cup
- Rose Essence few drops, optional
- Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Saffron few strands, optional
- Oil for deep frying

- Almonds 1 tsp chopped
- Raisins 1 tsp
- Ghee ¼ cup
- Khoya 1 tbsp
Carrot halwa
