Baby Food Carrot Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9 X 13 pan
- 2 C sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 C oil
- 2 C flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 baby food jars of carrots
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Frosting:
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 C Butter, softened
- 1 3/4 C Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Super Easy Peach Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350. In a 9 X 13 pan, melt butter and set aside
- 1 stick of Butter
- 1 C Flour
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 C Milk
- 1 can sliced Peaches WITH juice
Veggie Bars

Preheat oven to 375. Cover bottom of 9 X 13 pan with Crescent rolls and pat down to fit with all seams sealed
- 2 pkgs Crescent Rolls
- 3/4 C Mayo
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 2- 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
- 1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
- 3/4 C Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Chopped Veggies: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Green Onions, Bell Peppers, Halved Cherry Tomatoes, Diced Carrots
Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. COMBINE all ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or your favorite shredded cheese

- 1 C Butter
- 3 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 C flour
Mom's Gumdrop Cookies

Cream together shortening, sugars and eggs
- 1 C Shortening
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 1/2 C flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 jar of mincemeat With Rum
- 1 C walnuts (chopped)
- 2/3 C red and green spice gumdrops, quartered
- 48 pecan halves (for cookie tops)
THE Cake

AKA Bavarian Le' Cake. The family just calls it The Cake
- 1 pkg Devils Food Cake mix (no pudding)
- -bake according to package directions.
- Frosting and filling:
- 1 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2/3 C packed brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 C whipping cream, whipped
- 2 Tbls grated semi-sweet chocolate
Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes

Prepare cake mix as directed on box
- 1 pkg butter cream cake mix
- Custard filling:
- 1 3oz box of french vanilla instant pudding
- 1 C Half and Half
- 1 C Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 C powdered sugar
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 C Heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 C light corn syrup
- 8 oz semi sweet chocolate finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Trough Dinner-grilled chicken and pasta salad

- 1 1/2 pounds boned, skinned chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Asian (toasted) sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 pound dried angel hair pasta
- 1 pound mixed red and yellow bell peppers, rinsed, cored, stemmed, seeded, and diced
