- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz small curd cottage cheese
- 9 oz cheddar, shredded

- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup
- 1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix
Pulled Pork Sandwiches

- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1/2 T Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 t pepper
- BBQ sauce:
- 1.5 c ketchup
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 2 T Liquid Smoke
- 1 T hot sauce
Ham Steak and Scalloped Potatoes a la Grille

- Basting sauce:
- Combine
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T honey
- 1 T apricot preserves (may substitute)
- Scalloped potatoes
- 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 T butter
- 1/4-1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Baked Potato Soup

- 2/3 cup margarine

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instant Savory Mashed Potatoes
