Bourbon Chicken

Cube chicken and dust with cornstarch
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into chunks
- Corn starch
- Peanut Oil
- For the sauce:
- 1 garlic clove, minced (I didn’t have any, but I used some garlic salt)
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon red pepper (I went real light on this)
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
Sweet Potato Fries

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
- 3 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt or seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1/2 cup(s) (1 stick) margarine , substitute butter
- 5 large celery stalks, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried sage
- 1 can(s) (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
- 2 loaf(s) (16 ounces each) sliced firm white bread, lightly toasted and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup(s) loosely packed fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 3 medium (about 1 pound) Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and diced

- 6 Tablespoons Chopped Onion
- 4 Tablespoons Margarine
- 6 Cups peeled and cubed butternut squash
- 3 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1/2 teaspoon dried majoram
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Place the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl; stir with a
- 2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips

- 4 cups fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 2 cups cucumbers, diced and shredded
- 1 Cup bulger whet, uncooked
- 1/2 cup onion, diced

Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Sandwich

Place beef roast in crockpot
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs lean chuck roast or bottom round
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons spicy mustard or Dijon
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Veggie (ish) Meatloaf

Bake the potato and remove skin
- 1 large potato
- 2 eggs
- 2 big tablespoons of mustard
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 1 small red onion
- 12 oz baby bella mushrooms
- 3 jalapenos
- 1/2 to 3/4 pounds ground beef
- 1 or 2 cups of grated cheese depending on how cheesy you want it
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
