  • 8 Fresh Fish Fillet - I'm using Cod Fish

  • For Vinegar Carrots ::
  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 5-6 Clean Large Carrots – Cut into ¼ in length
  • ¼ Cup Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Salt
