- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of flavoring (optional)
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- oil for frying

Boil water with salt. When it boils, turn off the heat, add flavoring if using (orange for me) and then pour over the flour. Stir well to obtain a smooth mixture.
Heat the oil
Place dough in a freezer bag or pastry bag, then cut a corner, directly above the stove, drop in long rolls of dough (watch out for splattering oil).
